lol ... I understand what you mean! I just got hit by the midnight cravings. However; I took out some carrot sticks, arranged them on my prettiest small plate I could find with a teaspoon of yogurt dip and even put a sprig of parsley on it for garnish. Took out a wine glass and filled with water. Silly I know but it made me feel like i was eating something special and I stuck to my diet!
