Your carb intake is way high. Maybe try lower carb foods. I can only tell you what works for me (when I have the discipline to do it). Maybe google and do a little research on carb cycling.

Ramen Noodle Diet
Side Effects of Lipofuze:
Lipofuze side effects, for example, can involve the following: insomnia, irregular heart beat, gastrointestinal distress, severe allergic reactions, anxiety, liver disorders and elevated blood pressure. Other dangerous Lipofuze side effects can involve interaction with various prescriptive medications you might be currently taking like blood thinners, cholesterol and blood sugar altering drugs.
Add to that....5340g of sodium a day!! Recipe for disaster...possible death. Research!!!!! Your body needs NUTRITION!!!

Shelby...please do some research on healthy diets. The diet you are talking about is NOT healthy!!! Also, lipofuze...not a good idea!
