Mistybenner's Journal, 21 December 2017

Whew made it through the evening without snacking. That’s two days now :-) only had two cups of coffee then I went and bought decaf so I had a cup of that. My water intake was over so at least I got plenty in. Even managed a deficit. Ok so, now to stay on track. No more time lines like 3 months, 1 year... I want to do this everyday. Period. Lol. In the words of my great late FIL, “laku noć.”

Thanks you thank you. Me too Glen! But I’m afraid tonight I over ate. But... I logged it :-) I had a peach margarita too. We r at our vacation spot so I was thinking we were in Mexico instead of IL. Lol. Hopefully I can hold of on the beer now! Oh the life of a logger... lol. Have a good weekend!

Skipped the beer but had two little bottles of cab sav. Man and I realized at:45 pm I only had 16 oz of water. Doh! Fail on that. Where the time go today :-( better luck tomorrow. Way over calories today vs exercise but I did have my watch off for a bit to charge so not sure my total cals burned. Who am I kidding? I didn’t do anything productive today. 🙄 i will try better tomorrow. At least I logged everything. Good. Night.

You'll have good and bad days - if you have more good than bad , success will follow - As in anything , practice makes perfect - it's a lifestyle and I was thinking that if you stay in the boundaries you set for yourself , to the moon as Jackie Gleason would say / Good Luck
