Not losing very fast, cut my calorie count to 1500 a day and still can't lose fast enough... Exercising twice a day, weight workout and cardio each day.... Oh, well... Not giving up yet... Jeff
170.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
