Woke at 214.0, up 1.8 from yesterday. UPDATE: Three great meals today. Ate eggs and bacon at a conference in the morning. Then a great Cobb salad at my local deli for lunch. Then had a nice Italian dinner when my son picked me up from the train after some late happy hour presentations. Finished at 2100 plus calories but had a huge calorie burn today and I will still finish with 1000 plus calorie deficit. Not quite keto level carbs at 38, but did OK for a special occasion. Ended the day at 216.6 after dinner, so the waking weight is today's low.
