JOURNAL : BLOATED TODAY. DID (2) SEQUENCES OF YOGA AND WENT for a walk...pushed through but was quite
conscious of the holiday blues...setting in. Wanted to eat...and had a ton of cravings. Ate Keto but too much. Thank God for IF...all eating stopped by 4pm.

I’m impressed you can stop eating before bed. I do better to fast until I’m hungry and then eat moderate amounts... 🤦🏻‍♀️ I seem to have no governor but sleep to stop my mouth from taking in food. 🙇🏻‍♀️
