Sad that one week of reckless abandon (aka vacation) is going to take 3 weeks to get rid of... But I'm on the right track.
On the bright side, I'm now everyone's weight loss guru at work! 😊 My favorite part is when they ask what the secret is and I tell them that I've just been hungry for a LONG time. LOL! People seem to think that there's this magical secret to weight loss and when they see people losing weight around them they must know something that they don't. Well, there's no secret. For me, it's counting calories (1500 or below each day), moderate activity by being sure that I walk at least 10,000 steps a day, and just being patient. This takes time, more time than most people are ever willing to devote to it. I guess that makes the last parts of the "secret" patience and will power.
