Ok, the holidays are over. Time to get back at it! The cookies, the parties, the super cold weather... All together it makes for the perfect storm of dieting failure. To be honest, I'm not that disappointed that I've gained a bit in the past month. I'm actually surprised that's all that's happened. :-)
So now, yeah, it's still cold, which will likely continue to cut back on my activity. But with the holiday excuses behind, it's time to get those last 7 lbs knocked out. Hopefully by Valentine's Day.
