Day 71.5. Holy cow have I been craving unhealthy foods lately. I've gone months without even thinking about fast food or chocolate or chips, and right now that's all I want to eat – and preferably a lot of it! I don't know if it's stress or hormones or what...but I'm trying to resist and I'm just drinking green tea instead. It isn't really working, but at least it's keeping me occupied.

I need to work out...or finish my history paper.
