Day 71. So I kind of took it easy the last couple days -- no work outs plus wine, candy and Doritos. Whoops. I'm not too worried about it though because I stayed under my RDI and still had a calorie deficit everyday this weekend. My only concern is my stomach ache this morning; apparently yesterday's chocolate and high sodium intake is not agreeing with me. Now I know not to pig out again! Hopefully this week will be better. I only have 5-8 more pounds to lose so I hope I can stick it out through these next few weeks! Then I get to worry about maintenance. I think I'm going to have a hard time figuring out how many calories I should be consuming to maintain my goal weight. It'll take some experimentation.
