Day 72. I hate being in school. With six upper-level classes, the school paper, freelance work and two part-time jobs, I have zero time to work out or concentrate on being healthy. If I have a lot of work to do, the first thing I drop off my to-do list is my workout. The next to go is sleep. And then the stress eating kicks in. And I've been so busy lately that I haven't been to the grocery store, so I'm basically eating high-fat snacks because that's all I have left in my kitchen. I feel like crap since I'm not eating well and I haven't slept, I'm messing with my body and my midterm projects and papers aren't done yet.
Summer cannot come soon enough. I am so looking forward to just working full-time and finally having some time to relax/sleep/work on my own emotional and physical well-being.
Remind me not to sign up for so much stuff next semester...I need to work on that.

Day 71.5. Holy cow have I been craving unhealthy foods lately. I've gone months without even thinking about fast food or chocolate or chips, and right now that's all I want to eat – and preferably a lot of it! I don't know if it's stress or hormones or what...but I'm trying to resist and I'm just drinking green tea instead. It isn't really working, but at least it's keeping me occupied.
I need to work out...or finish my history paper.

Day 71. So I kind of took it easy the last couple days -- no work outs plus wine, candy and Doritos. Whoops. I'm not too worried about it though because I stayed under my RDI and still had a calorie deficit everyday this weekend. My only concern is my stomach ache this morning; apparently yesterday's chocolate and high sodium intake is not agreeing with me. Now I know not to pig out again! Hopefully this week will be better. I only have 5-8 more pounds to lose so I hope I can stick it out through these next few weeks! Then I get to worry about maintenance. I think I'm going to have a hard time figuring out how many calories I should be consuming to maintain my goal weight. It'll take some experimentation.
