Still waiting on a scale from the VA, so I'm just going to continue to record my weight as 305 lbs. I'm sticking to the calorie counting and walking. Big discovery that my International Delight creamer is the biggest offender of my whole breakfast. Worse than sausage, worse than eggs, worse even than an English muffin with butter. Losing my flavored creamer will suck. I look forward to that every morning. Oh well...

Not the fastest organization on the planet... but you and I know this already, right? BTW, they let me keep the scale when they took back the telemedicine appliance that reported on me (aka: snitched) last year.

Ha! True! Once I get in, the care is excellent. But they can be slow...

it took me a while however I like my coffee with just milk or cream now days different but pretty satisfying. Sugar is definitely my downfall you can adjust! Good Luck

Try a tablespoon of real cream, a few drops of Stevia and a dash of cinnamon. May be a more satisfying option. Giving up your favorite sucks, but keep searching and losing!

Yes heavy cream...it's real and not loaded with chemicals as the ID stuff is. If a tablespoon seems to excessive, try a teaspoon to start. :)

Heavy cream it is.

I use heavy cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon and a drop of vanilla extract. no need for sugar after you get adjusted to the flavor. Getting organic cream, vanilla and cinnamon will help avoid any nasty ingredients.

i use WaterDrops for my water (stevia), but they also have coffee flavors to add to your cream(er) of choice. I buy them on Amazon. Dentist told me about it.

What flavor of creamer do you usually use? And what diet method are you currently working on counting calories or keto? I used to use 1/4c skim milk and 1 pump torani flavored syrup, which was about 40 calories, when I was counting calories. Now I use heavy whipping cream, erythritol, and the flavor such as cinnamon and almond extract, vanilla, rum flavoring, rum flavor with a little butter in it, pumpkin pie spice and a spoon of pureed pumpkin. Although torani also has sugar free syrups, but I haven't tried any yet. I have also been known to add chia seeds or ground chia to my coffee. I love the texture of chia seeds though.
