Woke at 214.4, down 3.0 from yesterday. Off to Pennsylvania today for a car show. Not sure what the menu options will be but I will make the best choices I can. UPDATE: Had a great omelet for a late breakfast and then went out with friends after the event and had a chef's salad and some chicken wings. Calories were pretty high but great macros. Did not weigh in at night so the waking weight is today's low.

As you know those last 10 pounds can be a challenge. You are almost half way there. Step on the gas and have a good time!!!
