With Mark away I ate lightly. Not having to prepare meals made it easier to just have things like cereal for dinner. Not eating after 7:00 is a huge help.
169.9 lb Lost so far: 9.1 lb.    Still to go: 21.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
