Parkerandmaddie : the food we made this week is steak/salmon with rice and asparagus,mushroom,red onion.
Chicken with ranch style beans and corn
Chicken w rice and green beans and carrots. My husband loves rice I didn't not add rice on all of mine lol

I have to start prepping more of my meals. yesterday I made chili and my husband loved it! I made enough for several days!

I plan ahead and cook on the weekends or prep foods but you got 1st prize for doing all that....it's so much easier to follow WOE that way.(by the way it also looks tasty)
