I knew my weekend would be my challenge with friends in from out of town and hosting a football watch party. I enjoyed my couple of drinks, I stuck to my plan aside from that and steered clear of all the extra pointless carbs. No more drinks this week. Sticking to water, water, water and looking forward to trying out some new keto recipes.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
