So I'm feeling a little torn today. The scale is not being very friendly. I know some slight variation from day to day is not big deal. It's more so annoying after starting off super hot and dropping. I refuse to become a slave to the scale each day and want to only weigh once a week. On the up side, clothes are beginning to feeling a little looser. Threw on some pants today that were tight a couple months ago, and as a result were thrown right back into the closet. Today they feel good. I could even admit I'm comfortable in them. I've been living in shorts since other things became tight and I refused to buy a bigger size. I know I need to up my activity and hopefully the scale number and my size number will decline.
