I have spent the past 2 days with horrible abdominal pain. Today I am going to take a day and cleanse. Today I am going to have liquids only. Hopefully tomorrow after my gut has rested for 24 hours I will be back to normal and back on track. I am feeling fine now but I don't want to push it. For calories I think I will still try protein shakes. I guess if that hurts I will have broth and water only tomorrow. If I spend all day with no pain I will try a normal day tomorrow.
