day 203a...36 outside..dressed in layers on top..went for a walk..did 2 miles in 40 minutes..can tell its been a while since i walked..lol..worked up a good sweat from wearin to much, but thats ok..would rather have it to wear, then be cold on a walk...felt great..glad i went..gonna start doing an afternoon walk when the weather co operates...

thanks..wasnt really that bad once i got to walking..in fact when i got bck home and took my sweatshirt jackets off, my shirt was wet..
