I just started using this website today. It was fairly easy to find the foods I use even though I'm in England. The difficult thing for me will be sticking to a diet, but I am desperate to understand and eat within a calorie/carb limit in order to help my diabetes.
I've recently lost 70 lbs and I want to not only keep it off, but lose some more and keep my diabetic drugs at bay.
