1st day trying tea instead of coffee during fasting. Felt calm/ a little too calm, super relaxed. Too relaxed to work out hmmmm.

Ha ha ha ----guess what I'm doing during my eating window right now instead of making a big meal? Drinking coooooffffeeeee!!!

Yay coffee! Do you like pu erh teas? There's a gateway one from Silk Road Teas that's a real coffee kicker. So thick and dark and smooth.

I actually do have a pu erh tea by Numi in the tea cabinet. I will try that tomorrow morning but I think when the school year starts and then the mornings get freezing cold, I'm going to miss my morning coffee. I was trying tea because it's better for fasting (I don't need cream). I just do NOT enjoy black coffee.
