I woke up a few moments ago with a stomach ache . Could be hunger...could be Keto flu. Had chills earlier...yesterday... I ate (11) almonds...to calm stomach if hunger...Have had 3 days IT 10/14. Am going back to bed. Even though i have logged my Breakfast, I have not eaten it. So will check back later today. Good Day to all.

keto flu can be avoided if make sure potassium sodium and magnesium are on point...

I am good with Magnesium...have to look into Potassium - thanks for reminding me.

Try lite salt - it uses potassium rather than iodine. Don't overdo though.
