Micro win number 1 accomplished! Hooray, I am no longer obese. I started this journey at 206.4 pounds with a BMI of 32.33 which is considered in the obese range. What a horrible word. Today, I weigh 191 lbs with a BMI of 29.10. By medical standards I am now overweight. HOORAY FOR ME!
The next micro goal on my way to the "normal" range is 180 pounds.In the meantime, I have to think of ways to reward myself for reaching micro goal number 1. I'm holding off shopping for new clothes until I reach my ultimate goal weight. Decisions, decisions, decisions!
