Ugh, stalled and I'm not eating enough. Been right around 1000 cals the past two days. It's odd, but I do better eating 1200-1300 cals. And yes, I know to mostly watch carbs, but I have to watch the other part too. Walking, but need more and faster. Work is in the way.
