wow, ok, I decided to take the day off my diet and reward myself for as far as I have gotten. Almost 70lbs. Ok now in the morning I will have to get at it full force. I want to see the next 70 fall off this body. The sushi for lunch and chocolate cake after dinner was wonderful. The carb high, not as wonderful. It reminds me that sugar is definitely an addictive drug.
