The new video is up! It was fun to make, but took *forever* to edit and upload. The result was really delicious, and was my dinner for last night. Hey, Andi...There was about 3/4 cup of cauliflower, once it was cooked. Each mini-block of cheese is 4 oz, and I added a whole one. Butter was about a tablespoon, and each of the creams were 3 Tbs. Dry mustard, 1/8 tsp; garlic powder, 1/4 tsp; smoked paprika, 1/4 tsp.; salt and pepper to taste. It made WAY more sauce than I consumed, but to get the proportions right, I had to make that much.
