madjak30's Journal, 23 January 2012

Today was a really good food day, and I continued my exercising...I'm pretty happy with myself.

I am going to start aiming for less caloric intake, my RDI is currently 2500 but I will aim for under 2000. I've been staying between 2200 & 2300 without feeling hungry, so I will aim lower and see how that goes...and also continue the exercising.

Later.

2000 is TOTALLY accomplishable, including snacks. You'll be amazed what a 2000 vs. 2500 RDI can do to you. Good luck! :)

Thanks...hopefully I don't need the luck, but I'll take it anyway...just in case?!?! So far so good today...almost half the breakfast...same snacks and lunch, now I just have to watch my dinner...and continue it on... I may need to pick up some cucumber & celery for snacks... Later. Later.
