There was a glitch in my food day (or two)...right at the end of the day...I was going through the lunch room, shutting off the coffee maker, etc...when I saw them, I knew it was totally wrong but just couldn't stop myself...two plates of cookies, nice soft & fresh cookies...set out for all to help themselves...one somehow ended up in my hand, and before I knew it I was putting the last piece in my mouth...AAaaawwww CRAP!!
Well that's okay...only one cookie doesn't wreck the day...then wifey texted me to pick up the girls from swimming on the way home & also pick up a few items from the grocery store...no problem...I was running a little early, so I went to the grocery store first...I was a little hungry & knew I would be waiting for a while for the kids, so I thought I would just pick up a sensible snack...veggies or something...there was a small pepperoni & cheese snack container...I was looking for a veggie tray, but this should be okay...so I grabbed it, went through the check out and off to pick up the kids...while I waited I ate the cheese & pepperoni...they were another 15mins, so I thought I would just enter the snack on FS...630cal snack...wow, cheese is bad for calories...oooops...oh well, eat a small dinner...life will be fine...and it is, I only exceeded the RDI by just over 100cal...but I was looking to start going 500cal below the RDI...great start...
Always tomorrow, says the procrastinator...bummer!!
