It looks like today is turning into a fast day. Not planned, just not hungry. I might have some nuts a little later, but might not. If I don't, I could very well be looking at a 36-48 hour fast.
It's been a nice 3 day weekend. My neighbors with the dogs decided to go out of town on the spur of the moment Saturday, so I had a couple of romps with the dogs Saturday evening and yesterday. In the interim, I did my nails in preparation for making another cooking video today.
I made a mini chorizo frittata, but the chorizo had been in the fridge for a while, and when I tasted it for the camera, it was NASTY! Still, the viewers won't know that, but I ended up eating less than a teaspoon of it, so I'm not logging. LOL!
Winter storm Stella, or at least the fringe of it, moved through here today. After temperatures in the 80's last week, today's high happened at 5:30 AM, at 52....and dropped from there. Right now it's 44, and expected to drop to just above freezing. Crazy stuff!
The first part of this week is going to be crazybusy at work. But it means the bills are paid for the month, so any more will be gravy.
