bah, I hate getting sandwhiches at shops. they're tasty but I have no idea how to enter them here. there are a ton of clubsandwhiches in the list and I have no idea which one matches the one I ate. The one I ended up pickign (with above average calories, to be safe) has cheese and ham which my club didn't have though.. but meh don't want to waste too much time finding the right food.

Hi Joseph, Would you consider joining me in the group I started today? I'm following the old Weight Watcher's Points Program (free from dwlz.com). I'm finally in my goal weight zone and I don't have to worry about things like you posted. I know beforehand what to buy, what to make, how to do it, and I have four months of journals (foods, recipes, etc.) to fall back on and share. It is seriously EASY! I promise!

yeah. it's tough eating out. So many variables it's impossible to correctly estimate. I like Subway if for no other reason than they have exact calorie counts. Not as tasty as some mom and pop shops but at least they are known!
