goooooooooood friday mornin everyone!!!...well only got one workout in yesterday but i did make it a high intensity one...peddlin as fast as i could for so long, then slowin down, then back an forth for 30 min...my butt and between my legs just couldnt seem to feel comfy on the seat any longer..so didnt try doing an afternoon workout, was hopin the break would help so i could do 2 workouts today...scales was smilin this mornin, but not enough to record yet...still workin all that salt out from the last few days...of salt intake that i thought i needed at the time...i cooked up some chicken yesterday along with boiling some eggs, and changed my food menu just alittle to try an cut my salt intake down some...and i hit on the water harder yesterday as well...i have been ridin the bike to no where cause i turned my foot somehow an if i walk on it very much, then it hurts acrost the top of it..so been tryin to stay off it as much as possible, an the bike is the way to get exercise and steps, an never leave the house to get them...i do miss my morning walks, but once i get on the bike to paradise, an turn on the mp3s...i zone out an go for the longest time i can get...sooooooo... i need to get breakfast over with so i can head out the door an saddle up for my ride...lol...hope you all have a greatttttttttt day and KEEP IT MOVIN !!!!!!!!!!

HELPS TO FLUSH OUT THE TOXINS !!!!! 12. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!! 13. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!! 14. SET MINI WEIGHT LOSS GOALS YOU CAN REACH!!!
