adjusted calories and macros for new weight.

2500 to 2400 cals

300g carbs to 250g carbs

185g protein no change

60g fat to 65g fat
181.6 lb Lost so far: 22.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Burn fat and gain Lean muscle mass   losing 1.0 lb a week

I think it's awesome that you and others share your eating plans which you've geared to your weight loss/gain. Goes to show that every diet doesn't fit everyone. Thanks Chad.
