Things are going to slow down for a bit. Been sick so I haven't made it to the gym at all this week. Going to try to get in some cardio tonight and finish out the week with some "make it up as you go" lifting sessions since I'm way out of the weekly routine right now. Monday should have been a barbell squat day and yesterday should have been a bench press day; so I'll have to mix squats and bench with shoulders and back Thursday and Friday.
180.5 lb Lost so far: 23.5 lb.    Still to go: 15.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Burn fat and gain Lean muscle mass   losing 1.5 lb a week

HCB, Of course I saw it! Jumped so high with my fist in the air when White crossed the goal line that my hand went into a spinning ceiling fan! Still Double digits on the body fat. I'm a small framed dude so my single digit body fat weight is in the 160s. I'll get there soon.
