2.6 lbs down this week. Not bad for a week of sickness. Wish the week's weigh-in had been yesterday morning, when I was a further pound down. Guess that's the price of yesterday's Burns Night whisky, even though it was just the one!
263.2 lb Lost so far: 36.8 lb.    Still to go: 3.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

One whisky wouldn't make any difference. It's just the usual fluctuations. You're doing great! Just think of that pound as being in the bank for next week 😀

You spotted my weakness, JockoT! For some people it's chocolate; for me it's booze. No problem resisting my husband's vast shopping bag of crisps, biscuits and chocolate. But the second I'd finished my one shot of whisk last night, I had to banish myself to bed to stop myself having any more. Best coping tactic ever.
