I will try a half reps of each exercise given. Hopefully my back will sirvive. Dnt like taking pain meds. Cause constapation, ugh

Walked today and had to take pain pill and I wore wrong shoes. Should have wore the new ones. Skechers w memory foam, my husband got them for me because of the neuropathy from back injury. Praise God for strength.

Man oh man when your feet start hurting that is a real bummer. Good foot support is key to a good walking routine. I couldn't walk around the block without limping home. I thought I was going to go cripple. I am a good walker now. I play golf and bowl. I don't wear flip flops, ever. SAS makes a wonderfully comfortable shoe. They are pricey, but well worth it.
