I cant do push ups, trying to figure out how to make a change it in progress. Even though I am doing a lot more eating than i ever have, im loosing the weight and feel a lot stronger.

I will try a half reps of each exercise given. Hopefully my back will sirvive. Dnt like taking pain meds. Cause constapation, ugh

I have a kcal of 1600, and am at 800 kcal. i have to push myself to eat. I think my mental situation has alot to do with it. Need to be careful.
