put me a wee over in protein for the day but I was able to keep my net carbs for the whole meal at 9.06.. so for a restaurant meal, I'll take it as a win!

I don't find it filling. I can eat sushi/sashimi and then a meal - not good

It can be.. I try to do homework b4 I go out. Generally you can look at menus online. The hard part is sticking to it lol
