gooooooooood wednesday morning....feeling really focused and back on track...already been on the scales..with yet another drop in weight...so must of finally figured out how many calories i actually need with winter being here an not all that much movement this time of year...eating just enough an yet no extra calories...im sure some would think that im not eating enough...but each person is different and with winter set in...not all that much movement to work off the extra calories...slow an steady..consistency is important...as long as i stick to what im eating...and dont fall back into old habits...then im thinkin im on the right track ...did meditate yesterday while the sun was shinning thru the bedroom window...felt great the sun hitting me ..felt so warm...my kind of weather..sun hitting me an no coldness ....but like everyday when the sun is out...just a short term thing right now...did get to the store yesterday..today its make the salad ahead...and get set up for the next few days...setting up ahead works great for me...less time spent in the kitchen better off i do....alittle warmer here this morning...in the 30s but wind chill at 21...sooooooo....no morning walky yet...high today in the 40s...so might be one this afternoon...hopefully...i miss my walking...keep this ole body guessing whats in store for it...well...make the bed..fix breakfast...get ready to do a walmart list today...only 2 things from there...have a fantastic day...

BY SEEING MY AFFIRMATIONS THRU OUT THE DAY..ITS EASIER TO KEEP MY FOCUS !!!

1. BEING HEALTHY IS AN EVERY MEAL LIFESTYLE CHANGE
2. BEING HONEST WITH MYSELF WHEN I LOG MY FOOD INTAKE IS IMPORTANT..
3. FORGIVE MYSELF WHEN I MESS UP..IT HAPPENS..MOVE ON!!!
4. CHANGING THE WORKOUTS IS IMPORTANT....MY BODY NEEDS A CHANGE SO IT WORKS HARDER !!!!!
5.I EAT THE MOST CALORIES AROUND MY WORKOUT TIME, AS THE DAY GOES ALONG I DO MY BEST TO DROP THE CALORIES...
6. I BURN MORE CALORIES THEN I TAKE IN...TO SHOW A LOSS...
7. I KEEP AN EYE ON HIDDEN SALT IN FOOD/PROCESSED FOOD
8. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!.
9. TRACKING MY FOOD INTAKE IS A GREAT WAY OF SEEING THE EXERCISE MY HAND AND MOUTH ARE GETTING !!!
280.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
