Last night was hard for me wanted to eat about 12 in morning could not sleep last night I was so energized from my workout I tried to lay down but could not and I went in the kitchen last night about 4 times opening and closing the refrigerator I had to say the Lord is my Shepard I shall not want I had to keep repeating that and I got me a cup of cranberry juice and went to bed I thank God for His help glory to God!!!!
