Good morning to all,

I need advice this morning. Yesterday and today I have had the munchies and I dont know why. I cant seem to stop eating and not good food mind you. Right now my body is craving sweets. I dont like it. I dont know what to do. How do I stop it? Please give me some advice on this.

try a cup of water when you have the cravings. Look at the clock and tell yourself you'll re-assess in an hour.

I usually try the cup of water and a stick of gum. The gum give me the sweet taste and can last through the craving.

I don't know what to advise you. I have been there and done that. It isn't productive as it wrecks the goals. How's you foot? Still going to the gym?

I would eat something good for you. Once you have something in your tummy, the cravings will stop.

I wish I knew the answer. I usually "talk" myself thru it. More like argue with myself. Then I go to bed. Cravings suck!

Sometimes I brush my teeth. For some reason, desserts don't feel that tempting when I've just brushed.

I take a supplement called L Glutamine. Within 30 minutes my cravings go away.
