Ok, I decided last night and this morning that today is my new starting point. I am back!!!!! I am getting back on track with my eating regimine and my exercise. I still wont be able to work my upper body much due to my shoulders still not right but thats ok, I will take it slow and easy and not push the weights as much. I knew that I had gained a few pounds because of my relaxation of my eating regimen but boy was I surprised at exactly how many. I am not going to post my weight right now but will on Friday when I re-weigh after behaving myself this week and getting back into the gym
