gooooooood mornin everyone..wakin up to a white ground, but outta the 4-8 possible...lookin right now like mabye 1 or so...with more to come...but doesnt look like we will get all that much an thats ok...lol...more for the rest of you...aint i nice...lol...i did get my inside walk in yesterday...did 50 min...hard for me to walk that long inside ...get bored regardless of what music im listening to...but figured i wouldnt be able to make it there today, but now looks like i will since its not lookin like we will get that much snow...temps are suppose to fall today to the lowest its been in 11 years...brrr....im already wearing 2 layers in the house to stay warm...but by monday or tuesday suppose to have a heat wave of 30 or so...anyways gonna go out after while an see how deep it is...clear off the sidewalk an drive...suppose to just be a powder snow...so will be nice an light to move...shouldnt take that long to be outside...then will come inside for a few to warm up an then head out for my morning inside walk hopefully...then an afternoon dvd to keep up an moving...mabye even an afternoon nappy...lol...who knows right now what the day will bring...keep that body movin an have a greattttttttttttttt day....

weight is up just a tad today, but my knees feel puffy today probly from me tryin to jog yesterday from my inside walk...tried to, but didnt take but half a lap an i could feel my knees sayin thats enough of that...

You must listen to your body when you exercise. :) It is great to be movin it but you don't want to hurt yourself. Just move it a tad slower. An afternoon nap...I'm green with envy. I've joined the office walking group that walk during lunch. They are talking like we may have snow flurries or sleet this weekend! Stay warm! Have a fabulous day!

i talk about a nappy now, but that usually dont happen....i find somethin to keep me busy instead...wow...a walkin group great way to motivate others at the office an yourslf as well...have a great day as well....

Careful of those knees....!! I know from experience they don't like too much abuse!!! Lookin' to ditch the cast next week and get back to walking again.....Cold here too.....not as cold as you.,...we're in the low 30's.....but we're threatened with some of your cold for the weekend.....Keep warm and stay focused!! huggs

back in from gettin 2 inches off sidewalks an drive...long drive about 50-60 foot concrete drive...wind is blowin an its still snowin as well...but im till it quits later this morning ..an temps are down already was 25 when i went out..down to 22 now...slowly droppin all day...might just use the shovelin as my exercise for today and then do a dvd this afternoon since il have to go bck out later to clean it all off once again...rest time now..lol

Hi loosinisfun! My first day on fatsecret and your weather sounds a great deal like mine. You say you walk inside, how does that work? My house is small, I'd have to do 800 laps!

came bck in from another 30 min shovelin routine...cleared it all off again about noon...came inside got outta wet clothes an layed down on the heating pad...back was tellin me i hadnt used some of them muslces in awhile...but feelin ok now...might still do a dvd workout in a few not sure right now...
