I think the definition in the shoulders and neck is the most dramatic part. Thats just a weird massage therapist thing, though! I'm sure hubby is proud of you.

Thanks, buddies ☺ I think the smaller scrubs will motivate me to STAY on plan and get a little smaller, so they fit better. At work, I am no longer the fattest person, and it is normal for the nursing staff to wear snug fitting scrubs.
