I'm 68 have been over weight for ever last year lost about 45lbs. Then gained 25 back. So now I'm ready to lose all 25 lbs. I'm on FS for a week now. So far I have not lost anything. But I 'm going to give this a try and I will lose 25 lbs.

Oh, it had soy sauce in it every thing in Hi has soy sauce in it .LOL..... Always ginger and garlic......

New To Fat Secret
I grew up in Hi.so I ate a lot of different veggies. My mom made a dish called chicken Hekka of course chicken and julienned carrots bamboo shoots, mushrooms, and ginger.....when it was almost cooked you would add the long rice , it is a noodle , bean thread, .... And the watercress..... And served with white steamed rice....... Kinda like sukiyaki.... So good.....

I'll have to look for fresh watercress.....haven't seen or eaten it in years.... My mother used it in her cooking years ago......
