Dang I have just been going back and forth on the scale for the last couple of weeks. Bouncing 177 and 175.8. Finally under 175...So I consider this a Victory...

There is so much more than the numbers on the scale. I have days when I'm down a couple, but "feel" fat. Others, I'm up a couple, but feel my pants sliding off. Take the big picture, average it out, and stick to your plan.
