Dang I have just been going back and forth on the scale for the last couple of weeks. Bouncing 177 and 175.8. Finally under 175...So I consider this a Victory...

Diet Calendar Entry for 28 September 2016:

i've done that . it's very discouraging but you can power through it. you are half way there

There is so much more than the numbers on the scale. I have days when I'm down a couple, but "feel" fat. Others, I'm up a couple, but feel my pants sliding off. Take the big picture, average it out, and stick to your plan.

We've all been there. It will eventually go down if you stick to your plan. You can do this!
