Very disappointed. Counting every calory, running like crazy on the treadmill, working out in the multiorgan and with kettlebells. The result is only more weight... Should I eat only 50 or 60% of the RDI to see some result?

Try to keep it under 1000 kcal every day. You can exceed this by 100-200 kcal unless you do a bit of a more exercise that day. Don't you think maybe you've started to gain some weight due to constant exercising and growing muscles?

Change your diet. Go for a Keto diet.

Hang in there! You've only been part of the community for a few weeks and instant results are hard. Also, I noticed about a 1/3 of your days you intake less than 1,000 calories. That low calorie intake can sabotage weight loss. Here's one article: http://www.livestrong.com/article/446920-not-losing-weight-on-a-low-calorie-diet/ Good luck!

As you can see by the responses, everyone has different thoughts. Here is mine (this is what I did because I was going crazy reading so many differing opinion posts lol). Try different things and find what works best for your body. There will be ups and downs for sure and lower weight loss than you thought you should have (that is what bums me out, but then I tell myself to look at what I HAVE lost and not what I haven't...YET :) ) Hang in there, you will find your niche and do great!

I just realized you and I are on similar paths. close to the same starting weight and end goal. We can do this together!

I started at 275 lbs. Set my calories at 1200 and ate low carb. Over the past year I lost about 2 lbs a week average. Tried intermittent fasting. It can be hard figuring out what works best for YOU but totally worth it!
