i know i shouldnt have but i ate two more squares of lindt 85% cocoa chocolate. This makes three times in the last 7 days that i ate two squares each night. i have 4 more squares left so i am going to not eat them for a while. That is my "cheat" item. Not too sweet and not too bitter.

I do the same thing; somehow the plain chocolate is easier to eat in reasonable amounts vs a regular candy bar. The carb count is really low!
