holy smokes party people! DH brought home some jicama tortillas, fried up some fish and made low carb tacos with coleslaw. Jicama tortillas! who would have thought..MMMMMM I had fish tacos and didnt break my diet ! Happy dance !!

I heard about those tortillas just yesterday on a Facebook group! I haven't seen them here, but imma be on the lookout! If I can't find them, I'll just get a big ole jicama, and slice it either on my mandoline or my meat slicer. Tacos!

You CAN have some great YUMMY stuff on LCHF. It would really be too hard for me to maintain right now-must try eventually. IF works at the moment. RED good for you, how are you doing lately?
