I haven't posted in over a week. The new work schedule has been hard to adjust to. And I haven't even stuck to my diet one bit. Our office has "healthy" snacks in the kitchen. Lots of FiberOne bars, cereals, granola and fruit, vitamin water and other good stuff but none of it is low carb. The stress of starting a new job and change in work environment got the best of me and my time management skills are at a all time low right now. I def did not even try and eat right. And I got one whole work out in. But, Im starting fresh this next week now I know what to expect. Im meal prepping now for the week, got all my low carb snacks and I bought a new lunch box. The kid and I made plans to hold each other accountable for the gym each morning and Im ready to go! Im sure Ill see a gain tomorrow but Ive been thru worse. Time to reboot. The only good thing our office has is salad Thursdays but Im off Thursdays.. boo.

This has been a huge adjustment for you! Be easy on yourself, take the data, and make a plan. It sounds like you've got a better picture already. And congrats on making it to the gym!

KPW, new job is great..I love it.. its the snacks at the office that are killing me ! but today I will head to work prepared and with a lunch box full of safe low carb foods!

Sounds great, Andee! The first week of a new job is totally about getting your bearings, so it's only natural you would have focused on that as your priority. Congrats on all of your accomplishments and excellent plans!
