Happy Friday and let's make it count. typing this on the phone now so forgive me for typos. took a vacation day from work so I can train. I will do it in a fasted state. I mapped it out and plan to jog/walk 10 miles. Training for my 1st half marathon on July 10th. I'm not a runner by far. I've never done a 5k or 10k or any thing crazy a this. I have a hydration pack and know all the places I will stop to pee. wish me luck. I will share the results in a few hours. Still our grocery shopping with the wife now.
